Enormous latest Norwegian ship has restaurant by Iron Chef

Bayamo by Jose Garces, a Latin-flavored seafood eatery formed by the Philadelphia-based Iron Chef, formally opened this weekend on Norwegian Escape, the enormous latest Norwegian Cruise Line ship that set cruise Sunday on its initial journey with paying travelers.


The 64-seat restaurant on nighttime was lively with diners paying $19 to $25 for stylishly plated major courses that ranged from scallops with braised oxtail and corn porridge to swordfish with calamari, coconut broth and purple potato.
